Using Crystals to Help Manifest Your Desires

Crystals are a powerful and effective tool to help you manifest your dreams and desires. Each crystal is believed to have its own unique properties and energies that can be used to focus intentions and attract desired outcomes. 

The effectiveness of using crystals for manifestation may vary from person to person. It's important to remember that, while crystals may be helpful, in particular to help you focus and send your intentions out to the Universe, the power of manifestation ultimately comes from within oneself. 

They are the perfect addition to supercharge your current manifestation practices, spotting the signs and opportunities from the Universe, and taking that all important inspired action. 

Getting started with using crystals

If you are new to crystals, here are some tips for introducing crystals into your manifestation practices.

Choose the right crystal for your intention 

Different crystals have specific properties, so you should choose one that resonates with your intention. For example, Rose Quartz is often used for matters of the heart and relationships. Citrine for abundance, Obsidian for protection, Green Aventurine for good luck.

Cleanse and charge your crystal

Before you begin, it is important to cleanse your crystal of any negative energies that it may have accumulated. You can do this by leaving it in the light of the moon or smudging it with sage. Once it is cleansed, you can then charge it with your intention.

Visualise what you want

Visualisation is a powerful manifestation tool. Spend a few minutes each day holding your crystal and visualising what it is you want to manifest. Be specific and focus on the feeling of already having achieved it.

Meditate with your crystal 

Hold your crystal in your hand and close your eyes. Visualise the energy of the crystal flowing through your body. Focus on your intention and allow yourself to relax and be open to the possibilities.

Be grateful 

Once you have completed your meditation, take a few moments to be grateful for the process and the potential of your manifestation. Express your gratitude and let go of any expectations.

Carry your crystal

Depending on the size of the crystal you have chosen to help you with the particular intention, it’s a lovely thing to carry your crystal with you throughout the day. This will really help to keep your intention at the forefront of your mind.

Make a crystal grid

By creating a crystal grid you are maximising and amplifying the energy of the crystals by getting them to work together for your desired outcome- so powerful. Many people are almost a little scared to put one together as they feel it is too complex!

Use crystals in your home

Where to place your crystals in your home is something that I get asked about all the time.consider what you are wanting to bring into each of your spaces. For example, to welcome better sleep, a crystal such as Amethyst would be perfect as it's calming, soothing and helps to get you into a better sleeping pattern. You could place a piece on your bedside draw or under your bed.
